PlumbR provides plumbing verification and inspection services to ensure compliance, safety, and quality. Our assessments are based on visual inspections, industry best practices, and applicable plumbing codes. These verifications help identify potential plumbing risks, but they do not serve as a full guarantee of future system performance.
Payment must be made in full before any verification service begins.
Once our experts have started reviewing your submission, cancellations and refunds are not possible due to the nature of our service.
If an order is placed but insufficient information is provided, PlumbR will request additional details before proceeding. If the customer fails to respond within 48 hours, the service may be marked as completed with no refund.
Our verifications are non-invasive and do not involve destructive testing.
PlumbR does not physically inspect properties; all assessments are based on photos, videos, and written descriptions provided by the customer.
Compliance verification is conducted according to the plumbing standards and regulations in effect at the time of service.
PlumbR provides advisory services based on submitted materials and cannot be held responsible for hidden defects, system failures, or work not performed according to our recommendations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their plumber follows PlumbR’s verification report and recommendations.
PlumbR is not liable for financial losses incurred due to poor workmanship or a plumber failing to follow the provided guidelines.
Your personal information is collected only for service purposes and is never shared with third parties except when necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing).
All payment transactions are handled through secure third-party payment providers or bank transfers.
We implement strict security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.
Customers must provide clear, accurate photos and videos for verification.
Customers are responsible for informing their plumber that a PlumbR verification report is being used to assess their work.
If work does not pass verification, it is the plumber’s responsibility to correct any errors at their expense. if a plumber refuses to do so we recommend contacting your credit provider or pursuing the case legally (small courts)
PlumbR reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies agreement with any modifications. Updates will be posted on this page.
